For the last 7 years, One Step Further has worked with many small business owners helping them to gain clarity on their vision so that they can develop a better business and lifestyle for themselves. I have also worked with teams and groups to help them work more effectively together to improve productivity and create better working relationships leading to better results.
I would like to thank every client for their business and to say that I have enjoyed all our time together seeing you and sometimes challenging you to extend your vision and action beyond what even you sometimes thought impossible.
However, the time has now come for a change of direction which I am very excited about.
On 31st August 2010 this website will play Phoenix and cease to exist. However it will rise from the ashes within a few weeks with a new brand, new focus and new products and services.
I am Beverley Hamilton, founder of One Step Further and I have decided to follow my passion after a year long period of reflection, refocus and personal and professional transformation.
I am reinventing myself as a leadership speaker and One Step Further will become the vehicle for a range of offerings to support individuals to explore, discover and share their unique capabilities as a leader.
Rather than focus purely on skills and the “doing” of leadership, there will be a real emphasis on the “being” of leadership. At the core will be the principles of awareness - who you really are; accountability – what you stand for; action – how you show up in the world and the impact you create – The 3 As. This will form the foundation of my developing 3 Tier System for Leadership:

My business mission is to inspire disempowered people to become inspirational leaders of impact.
