Executive Trailblazers™ is a 6-12 month programme for executive, leadership and management teams to create effective working relationships, produce improved business results and develop collaborative ways of working, whilst improving the personal and team effectiveness of all concerned.

Key Elements

Team Coaching – An analysis of current team effectiveness will give a working foundation for improvement and this will set the agenda for team development.

Individual Coaching – All members of the team will have an assigned coach who will work with them to set performance goals aligned to the team effectiveness needs and their own personal development.

Individual Profiling – A comprehensive individual profile will be used to form the basis of individual needs both at a personal, team and business development level.

Executive Trailblazers™ is about strategy, operations and performance at a team and individual level. Effectiveness, communication, collaboration, learning, shared understanding, accountability and improvement are the core of the programme

Managers can often end up working in a vacuum only coming up for air when it becomes necessary to fight the departmental corner at budget setting time! Trailblazers teaches us that an effective organisation is one that works as a single entity with specific and clear goals and objectives. It persuades us to set aside piecemeal agendas and work together towards those goals. It also assails you from two directions with both group sessions and individual coaching.
